London Ambulance Service Mach-E
Safeguard SVP is a company that converts and build public service vehicles. I had been creating content for them for the last two years before Ford released the electric Mustang - the Mach-E.
This particular build was the first for London Ambulance Service and I was delighted to create content around this.
With limiting options as to where we can take the car [an airfield we use for the shoots] I scoped some places out and knew what would work and what would look cool, this had to be a bit different and more of a statement piece.
I was using the Sony A7Siii for both photo and video and he holds up really well. 4K 50fps, 12MP sensor, which may not seem like a lot, works a treat for shots for social media and website coverage. I would have been using the 28-75mm 2.8 and the 17-28mm 2.8, both from Tamron to capture the shots.
I shoot everything handheld this makes my workflow a lot easier especially when switching between photo and video modes
The A7Siii has active stabilisation and this is crazy good. I keep telling people "it's replaced my gimbal" and to a degree this is true, although I still use a gimbal for walk through shots.
I wanted to edit this video the same way I had edited the others for this client, to keep continuity throughout.
A cool rock song something that lets the viewer know this car means business.
